Rumors of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just been bashed by a common friend who stayed close with both the brothers, despite their falling out.
That pal in question explained their thoughts on the piece, while speaking to The Daily Beast.
During their conversation the pal was quoted saying, “The Vanity Fair divorce story seemed very unfair.”
Because the rumors were that, “There was a book but there wasn’t a book, she was planning for life after divorce, but they are totally in love,” at the same time, which one paragraph noted.
“What? There was not a shred of evidence,” they concluded their stance by noting as well.
The conversation culminated in the pal also noting, “Things aren’t easy for them right now. Vanity Fair have succeeded in making a bad time worse.”
This was said in respect to the grilling Meghan is receiving for her postponed cooking show, and the aid work she and Harry are doing for California wildfire victims.
For those unversed with the original comments in the February cover story by Vanity Fair– it was made by the writer Anne Peele herself.
Per her findings, a “rumor” circulated in the publishing world that Meghan’s team had a conversation with a publishing house to gauge interest” and the book was about “a post-Harry divorce.”
While the writer did make it clear that the book was not a give away to their ‘end’ but was to see “would this publisher theoretically be interested in a book that took place in its aftermath?”
However, “no offer was ever made, and no manuscript was produced,” she also noted in her piece, while clarifying.
However, a separate section stated the complete opposite as one former co-worker was quoted saying that “everyone” feels Prince Harry and Meghan are “so hot for eachother”.
They explained the reasoning by noting, “Like, you know how you meet those couples where you’re like, the way they’re looking at each other, I should probably not be here right now?”
