Jimmy Fallon revealed that he takes inspiration from his kids for his children’s books.

The 50-year-old author and host, who is a father of two daughters, recently told People magazine that he notes down candid ideas from his kids to give unique titles to his books.

“I’m totally stealing ideas from all my kids and they’re going to sue me eventually,” he told the outlet

“They said they wanted lawyers for Christmas. I don’t know what that means,” Fallon said jokingly.

Fallon shares daughters Winnie, 11, and Frances, 9 with his wife Nancy Juvonen.

While revealing the inspiration behind his series of 5 More Sleeps ‘Til books The Tonight Show host, mentioned one of the interactions with his daughter asking about a forthcoming visit to grandma’s house.

“‘How many more sleeps till we go to Grandma’s house?’ ” he recalled. “And I was like, I never heard that before. ‘How many sleeps?’ But it was pretty cute.”

This heartfelt moments let the creation of 5 More Sleeps ’til Christmas in 2020, followed by 5 More Sleeps ’til Halloween in 2024.

Interestingly, Fallon revealed that his first book’s title was inspired by his wish for his daughter Winnie to say ‘Dada’ as her first word

“There are no real Dada books,” he noted. “So I was like, let’s put out a book and all the book is, is the word Dada over and over again.”

“I had a lot of people coming up to me going, ‘Love it, but are you kidding me? You have nothing but women in your life. There’s no mama book? What are you doing? What’s wrong with you?'” Fallon said, adding. “And I go, ‘I’m so sorry. So I go, all right, what can I do that’s a little different and fun?’ So I did a mama book.”
