Days after officially announcing her split from Cash Warren, Jessica Alba shared a positive post on growth and self-love.
The 43-year-old actress took to her official Instagram Stories on Tuesday, January 21 re-posted a quote by the author and poet Diego Perez on how to heal and self-improve oneself.
“How do you build a good life? Relentlessly follow your intuition. Build with people who also love to grow,” Perez’s post read.
“Take responsibility for your healing. Love yourself so deeply that you feel at home in your own body and mind. Teach yourself to forgive. Never stop being a kind person,” the message concluded.
Alba subtly hinted at her own journey of healing by writing “This” in her own post.
The post came after the Fantastic Four star confirmed the separation the news from her husband Warren after 16 years of marriage.

It is pertinent to mention that Alba and Warren who tied the knot in 2008, are parents to daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7.
