Christina Haack and ex-husband Ant Anstead are enjoying playful banter online while working offline as well.
The Christina on the Coast star, 41, took to Instagram over the weekend with a shoutout to her former husband on his new show.
She posted the series’ trailer as well as a note. “Congratulations to @ant_anstead on his new show Born Mechanic … premiering on 12/13,” she wrote of the show, which will be available to stream on Max and discovery+.
Anstead, 45, responded playfully in the comments, saying, “Thank you (shout with any pointers) x.”
The automotive expert’s series revolves around a home renovation, something that falls under his ex-wife’s expertise.
The former couple, who wed in December 2018 and separated two years later, have generated buzz in recent months with their warm social media interactions despite their rocky history.
The former pair overcame a heated custody battle over their son, Hudson, 5, when they finalised their divorce in June 2021.
They then agreed on a custody schedule shortly before the case would have gone to trial.
Haack refollowed Anstead on Instagram over the summer, seemingly around the time her third husband Josh Hall filed for divorce.
During the time, Haack liked several posts that Anstead shared of Hudson. Anstead also seemingly followed Haack back on Instagram in October.
The pair are now working together again offline and were recently spotted together filming Haack’s upcoming HGTV series The Flip Off on November 7 in Los Angeles.
