Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, alongside her daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, supported cancer patients.
The 65-year-old Royal Family member, who has closely battled cancer after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and melanoma, a type of skin cancer, later that year, paid an “emotional tribute to the ‘inspiring’ Teenage Cancer Trust.”
In a carousel of images, one of the pictures that featured the Duchess in a group picture, contained the text that read, “Teenage Cancer Trust units aim to provide an environment where teenagers and young people can be just that. Find out more on the charity and donation at the link in bio.”
“The Duchess of York and her daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have celebrated the astonishing efforts of three fundraisers of Teenage Cancer Trust,” the caption of the post read.
“Teenage Cancer Trust was created by Adrian and Myrna Whiteson to bridge the gap between paediatric and adult cancer care. Young people diagnosed with the disease would either be on wards with tiny children or on adult wards with old people, often breathing their last,” the note further read, as it detailed the origins of the foundation in the post that had collaborations with Sarah Ferguson and Princess Eugenie’s Instagram accounts.
