Simone Biles is still bust despite the Olympics being over.
After her historic performance in the 2024 Summer Olympics, now, the athlete took to her official Instagram account to upload insights of her travel for the Kentucky Derby.
She also gave a glimpse into her upcoming business option, a restaurant in partnership with The Playmakers Group inside George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
The Houston-based airport first announced the eatery called “Taste of Gold” last September but Biles has never had the chance to check it out until now.
Over a photo of herself posing in front of the venue, she wrote, “On my way to Louisville for the Kentucky derby and I finally got to see my restaurant at the airport !!!!!!”
To her side, a wall, painted with a flag and silhouettes of gymnasts in the picture read, “COMING SOON SIMONE BILES TASTE OF GOLD.”
The name of her restaurant is certainly a homage to her achievements as a gymnast, as Simone Biles recently went to Paris in the 2024 Summer Olympics, already holding seven medals to her name and returned back with four more including gold in the women’s all-around and individual vault final.
As per a press release, Taste of Gold will “celebrate Biles’s remarkable global achievements. The chef-crafted menu will feature signature food and beverage items curated by restaurant Industry innovator Mark Brezinski and created to ‘wow’ every traveler.”
