Nicole Kidman recently got candid about one thing she should not have given up while dating.
While conversing with reporters at the Beverly Estate premiere for season 2 of her Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers on Thursday, May 15, the 57-year-old Australian-American actress and film producer, who plays the role of wellness guru Masha Dmitrichenko, gave one piece of advice on dating.
Kidman said, “I haven’t done a lot of dating, but hold your power. Don’t give up your power. There you go. Do you like that? Yeah. Know who you are and hold onto your power. Don’t give it up.”
For the unversed, A Family Affair star has been married to Keith Urban since 2006 and shares daughters Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 14, with him.
Previously, Kidman was married to Hollywood heartthrob Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001.
Notably, after parting ways with Cruise, she was in an intense relationship with singer Lenny Kravitz, which started in 2003 and ended in December the same year.
Moving forward, the Baywatch actress also talked about the advice she would give to someone walking into a room full of strangers, like many characters do in the show.
“It depends what personality they are, right? An introvert, you got to push through your discomfort. An extrovert, bring it down a notch. Read the room,” Kidman shared.
It is pertinent to mention that Nine Perfect Strangers season 2 is set to be released on May 21 on Hulu.
