Prince Archie’s future laid out by an expert who considers it ‘glumsville viewing’.
Royal commentator Daniela Elser recently recounted the impact Prince Archie’s birthday image has, as well as the hidden consequences.
Her entire point of view has been shared n a piece for News.com.au.
In it, the expert touched on Prince Archie’s isolation, separation from his royal heritage, and even his ‘glum’ outlook for life after adulthood.
Ms Elser believes that one must “step back and think about this week’s Archie birthday photo versus the very first images of him the world ever saw.”
Images that showed “him with the late Queen and Prince Philip in an image captured in the very tweedy bosom of the royal family, Windsor Castle.”
Because it shows that “now, the only chance of Archie returning to the 1,000-year-old castle is if one day he is willing to fork out the 20 quid tourist ticket price and bear joining the ambling tide of gum-chewing tourists gawping at all the Van Dyks.”
All in all, “the new image of six-year-old Archie makes for some glumsville viewing.”
Not to mention “it’s testament to the fact that somehow things irreparably and achingly fell apart for the Sussexes and the royal family in less time than it takes for a Dundee cake to reach its use-by date,” she noted before signing off too.
