Kristin Cavallari has candidly shared details about her recent breast augmentation surgery.
The 38-year-old The Hills alum addressed the topic on her podcast Let’s Be Honest and in a recent Instagram Q&A, where she responded to a fan calling her their “boob-spiration.”
Cavallari revealed she upgraded from 300 cc implants to 340 cc, explaining that while the size increase was minimal, her new look is more lifted.
In this regard, she said, “Everyone thinks I went a lot bigger, but I’ve just pushed them up a couple times since getting them done.”
According to Daily Mail, Cavallari initially underwent breast augmentation after breastfeeding her three children — Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor, whom she shares with ex-husband and former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler.

In recent months, she began experiencing discomfort, which prompted her to consult with a Nashville plastic surgeon.
Moreover, the procedure revealed a ruptured implant, surrounded by thick scar tissue — the body’s natural defense mechanism.
Additionally, Cavallari explained on her podcast, “There is no way of knowing how long this implant was ruptured. That’s why my right boob wasn’t laying right. And it was f***ed up.”
Rather than removing her implants altogether, the Very Cavallari star opted for a replacement.
As per the outlet, she said, “I’m 38, I’m still young, I have a whole life to live, I’m single,” while adding that “doing my boobs is one of the best things I’ve ever done.”
Furthermore, her comments came shortly after Kylie Jenner publicly confirmed details about her own 2019 breast augmentation.
