King Charles is looking forward to VE Day after his son’s bombshell interview.
His Majesty is eager to attend the events this week as he prepares to give tribute to wartime generations.
A Palace aide said: “The King, Queen and other members of the Royal Family are much looking forward to the week’s VE Day events.
They told The Sun: “They will unite with the nation and those across the Commonwealth and wider world to celebrate, commemorate and give thanks to the wartime generation.”
This comes as Prince Harry is branded obsessive over security row and new confessions on BBC.
Royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Sun: “The impression from that quite lengthy and revealing interview is that Harry is obsessive. He is very very stubborn – he doesn’t think he is wrong, he always thinks he is right.
“He’s not prepared to apologise because he doesn’t think he has any need to apologise, because he thinks he is right and everyone else is in the wrong.”
