Billie Lourd pays sweet tribute to her late mom Carrie Fisher.
The May fourth, which is celebrated as Star Wars Day by fans all around the world, the Scream Queens alum did not let the day pass without honoring her mom.
Lourd took to her Instagram account and shared a glimpse of her kids, watching the 1977 sci-fi film.
In the snaps, Lourd’s kids can be seen watching TV with Fisher on the big screen which appears to be a scene from the Star Wars movie.
She captioned her post with multiple emojis which read as “May the 4th.”
It is pertinent to mention that Lourd shares kids Kingston, 3, and Jackson Joane, 2, with husband Austen Rydell.
The post came a few months after Lourd remembered her mom’s tragic passing on her eighth death anniversary.
“It has been 8 years since my mom died,” the actress penned a touching note in December. “As my son would say ‘that’s a lot!’ I always dread this day. I spend so much time leading up to it thinking about how awful I’m going to feel. And my dread is usually right. I woke up this morning with a dark cloud over me.”
