Victoria and David Beckham are reportedly facing a rift within their family as their eldest son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham failed to attend the former footballer’s lavish 50th birthday celebration.
While the absence sparked speculations about the feud, insiders have now claimed that the rift traces back to a conversation between Victoria and Nicola.
An insider told Hello! Magazine that the last time Victoria and Nicola were together, the fashion designer brought something up that intensified the feud.
A source stated, “When they were last together, Victoria was talking about babies, saying that she was a young mum and that it might be a good idea to get going. Nicola didn’t take well to that.”
It is worth mentioning that the tensions between Nicola and Victoria aren’t new.
The duo reportedly fell out when Nicola chose not to wear Victoria Beckham’s designed outfit on her wedding with Brooklyn Beckham in April 2022.
The source said, “Tensions rose at their wedding and that situation has continued; Victoria and Nicola don’t really get along.”
“Over the past few months, Nicola has been causing things to fester and everyone to fall out,” they added.
Notably, the sources believe that Nicola Peltz has been the reason for the rift between her husband, Brooklyn Beckham with his parents David and Victoria Beckham.
“From the minute Nicola came into the family, she hasn’t shown what Victoria would say is respect towards them,” the source stated.
