Director Paul Feig has opened up about the ideas of Simple Favor sequels.
Following the release of Another Simple Favor on May 1, a sequel to A Simple Favor, the director has shared what is in store for Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick’s characters.
Speaking with People Magazine, “I definitely know where I want it to go. We’ll see if everybody wants to do a third one. It was too much fun — I would love to get back together with this group and these characters and send them on an even weirder, international adventure, if possible.”
“I think we need to take them out into the world even more,” he added.
The Another Simple Favor ends with Kendrick’s character Stephanie sending Lively’s character Emily’s long-lost triplet to jail and raising her son, while Emily hides in Rome, handed a mysterious envelope by her mother-in-law.
It is worth mentioning that Another Simple Favor also stars Michele Morrone, Henry Golding and Kelly McCormack alongside Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick.
