Brad Pitt has brought back his shaved head that he once sported earlier in his career.
The actor, 61, was papped in Los Angeles, ready for summer with a clean buzz cut—a nod to his earlier look he flaunted on red carpets in 2004 and his 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
Pitt also decided to lose his grown-out salt-and-pepper beard for a neat stubble. It’s unclear if Pitt’s haircut is for a new role.
Before the recent hair transformation, the actor made the most of his long, honey blonde hair by changing it up with a shaggy crew cut for his new racing-inspired film F1, releasing June 27.
Last year, Pitt was seen with an ashy blonde haircut with hints of gray while promoting Wolfs around the world with his costar George Clooney.
Pitt looked almost recognizable at the Cannes Film Festival, where he and Ines de Ramon made their red carpet debut at the movie’s premiere.
