Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner Smith have finally settled their divorce.
The ex-couple, who are parents to 4-year-old daughter Juno, reached a divorce settlement after almost a year and a half of filing.
The two have finalized the settlement, reaching an agreement on child support and custody of their daughter as well as spousal support.
Joshua and Jodie both decided not to pursue “any and all claims and/or obligations related to the payment […] of spousal support, alimony, or maintenance of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, temporary and permanent spousal support,” now and in the future, as per the court documents.
Joshua agreed to pay monthly child support of $2,787 to Jodie until Juno is 19 years old or she completes 12th grade.
However, both parents have to “equally divide (50/50) all reasonable unreimbursed medical/health expenses, private school tuition and mandatory school costs,” and other extra-curricular activities.
About the custody of Juno, the Dawson’s Creek alum and Anne Boleyn star will be maintaining “the existing temporary joint legal and physical custody orders, awarding joint legal and physical custody to the parties with equal timeshares.”
Additionally, Joshua, who previously paid $133,333 to Jodie, will pay another equivalent amount to her no later than May 12.
Also, Joshua will be responsible for Jodie’s attorney’s fees and costs.
It is pertinent to mention that Jodie filed for divorce from Joshua on October 1, 2023, after four years of marriage.
