Sabrina Carpenter just proved she’s a good sport when it comes to handling hate.

After her appearance at the 2025 Met Gala, where she wore a rather unique dress, the 25-year-old Espresso hitmaker responded to one of the critiques over her attire, on social media.

A user took to X, formerly Twitter, and shared how the Louis Vuitton design, created for Carpenter’s short height, could be altered further to compliment her slim physique.

“I would never suggest this color or the ‘ringmaster’ costume to begin with, but it’s a perfect example of how dressing against your body type can go horribly wrong,” they wrote.

The Grammy-award winning artist came across the post and responded light-heartedly to the lengthy point of view, commenting, “damn I f***ed up.”

The dress in question, was in fact made for the Please Please Please singer where she revealed in an interview to Vogue, that Louis Vuitton’s men’s creative director, Pharrell Williams, made the dress pant-less because of her height.

“He was like, ‘You’re quite short, so no pants for you.’ So here we are. Here we are,” she recalled.

“Never been to the bathroom once because I’ve never been able to use it in my outfit. So tonight might be the night,” the Feather crooner mentioned of the easy look.

“We’ll see… And I’m just gonna let everybody know what it looks like. I’m sure it’s just a normal museum bathroom, but I’m excited to find out,” Sabrina Carpenter jokingly concluded.
